ಇಎನ್ಎಲ್ ಅಣ್ಣಿಗೇರಿ: ಅಣ್ಣಿಗೇರಿ ನೀಲಗುಂದದ ಲಿಂ.ಗುದ್ನೇಶ್ವರ ಶ್ರೀಗಳ 49ನೇ ಪುಣ್ಯ ಸ್ಮರಣೆ ಹಾಗೂ ರಥೋತ್ಸವ ಸೆ.13 ಬುಧವಾರ ಜರಗಲಿದೆ. ಈ ಪ್ರಕೃತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅದೆಷ್ಟೋ ಜೀವಿಗಳು ಜನ್ಮ ತಳೆದು ಮಣ್ಣಲ್ಲಿ ಮಣ್ಣಾದರೂ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವೇ ಕೆಲವರು ಇಂದಿಗೂ ನಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗಿದ್ದು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಹರಸಿ ಸನ್ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎನ್ನುವ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯ0ತೆ ನಿತ್ಯಸ್ಮರಣೀಯರಾದವರು ದೈವಾಂಶ ಸಂಭೂತರಾದ ಅಣ್ಣಿಗೇರಿ ನೀಲಗುಂದ ಗುದ್ನೇಶ್ವರ ಶ್ರೀಗಳು.
ಸಾಧು ಸಂತರು ಮಹಾತ್ಮರ ಸ್ಪರ್ಶದಿಂದ ನೆಲ ಪಾವನವಾದಂತೆ ಅವರ ಪಾದಧೂಳಿ ಸೋಂಕಿದರೆ ಜನ್ಮ ಜನ್ಮಾಂತರದ ಪಾಪಗಳು ಕಳೆಯುತ್ತವೆ ಎನ್ನುವ ಮಾತಿನ ಸತ್ಯದಂತೆ ಕರುಣಾ ವಿಹಾರಿ ಪುಣ್ಯ ಪುರುಷ ಲಿಂ.ಗುದ್ನೇಶ್ವರ ಶ್ರೀಗಳ ಸ್ಪರ್ಶಿಸಿದ ಅಣ್ಣಿಗೇರಿ, ನೀಲಗುಂದ, ಮುಳಗುಂದ, ಗದಗ, ನಾಯಕನೂರ, ಇಟಗಿ, ಬನ್ನಿಕೊಪ್ಪ, ಕುಕನೂರು ಇಂದು ಪುಣ್ಯ ಭೂಮಿಗಳಾಗಿವೆ.
ಕೊಪ್ಪಳ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಯಲಬುರ್ಗ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಕುಕನೂರ ಸಮೀಪದ ಗುದ್ನೇಶ್ವರ ಮಠದಲ್ಲಿ ವೀರಯ್ಯ, ಗುದ್ನೆಮ್ಮ ದಂಪತಿಗೆ ಗುದ್ನೇಶ್ವರ ಶ್ರೀಗಳು ಜನಿಸಿದ್ದು 1908 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಗುದ್ನೇಶ್ವರ ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿಯನ್ನು ಭೂತಾಯಿ ಮಡಿಲಿಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿದ ಮರುಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಗುದ್ನೆಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಸವ ವೇದನೆಯಿಂದ ಇಹಲೋಕ ತ್ಯಜಿಸಿದರೆ, ತಂದೆ ವೀರಯ್ಯ ಅದೇ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ಲೇಗ್ ಮಹಾಮಾರಿಗೆ ಬಲಿಯಾಗಿ ಶಿವನ ಪಾದ ಸೇರಿದರು.
ತಾಯಿಲ್ಲದ ತಬ್ಬಲಿ ಗುದ್ನೇಶ್ವರ ಶ್ರೀಗಳು ತಂದೆಯ ಮರಣದಿಂದ ಅನಾಥರಾದರು. ಸಂಬ0ಧಿಗಳ ಆಶ್ರಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳೆದರೂ ಅದು ಅಕ್ಕರೆಯಿಂದ ಕೂಡಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಐದು ವರ್ಷ ಪೂರೈಸಿದ ಗುದ್ನೇಶ್ವರ ಶ್ರೀಗಳು ಚಕ್ಕಡಿಯೊಂದರ ಉದ್ದಿಗೆಗೆ ಜೋತು ಬಿದ್ದು ಬೆನ್ನುಹತ್ತಿ ಇಟಗಿ ಬನ್ನಿಕೊಪ್ಪ ಮಾರ್ಗವಾಗಿ ಗದಗಿಗೆ ಬಂದರು.
ಅಣ್ಣಿಗೇರಿ ತೋಂಟದಾರ್ಯ ಶಾಖಾ ಮಠದ ಚರಮೂರ್ತಿಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದ ಸಿದ್ಧಲಿಂಗ ಶ್ರೀಗಳ ಭಕ್ತರ ಮನೆಯ ಪೂಜೆಗಾಗಿ ಗದಗಿಗೆ ತೆರಳಿದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ದಿವ್ಯದೃಷ್ಠಿ ಈ ಬಾಲಕನ ಕಡೆ ಹೋಯಿತು. ಗುದ್ನೇಶ್ವರರನ್ನು ಅಣ್ಣಿಗೇರಿಗೆ ಕರೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದ ಸಿದ್ಧಲಿಂಗ ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿ ಕಂತಿ ಭಿಕ್ಷೆ ಕಜ್ಜಾಯದ ಕಾಯಕದಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿಸಿದರು. ಪೂಜೆ, ಧ್ಯಾನ, ಜಪತಪ ಒಂದೊ0ದಾಗಿ ಧಾರೆ ಎರೆಯುತ್ತಾ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸಂಸ್ಕಾರದ ದೀಕ್ಷೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
12 ವರ್ಷ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನ ಆಸುಪಾಸಿನಲ್ಲೇ ಗುದ್ನೇಶ್ವರ ತಮ್ಮ ಪವಾಡ ತೋರಿಸತೊಡಗಿದರು. ಗುರುವಿನ ಕೃಪಾಶೀರ್ವಾದಕ್ಕೆ ಪಾತ್ರರಾದರು. ಇವರ 15ನೇ ವರ್ಷ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಗುರುಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಸಮಾಧಿಯಾಗ ಬೇಕಾದ ಸ್ಥಳ ತೋರಿಸಿ ಅದರ ಪಕ್ಕದಲ್ಲೇ ಗುದ್ನೇಶ್ವರರ ಸಮಾಧಿಯು ಆಗಬೇಕೆಂದು ಹಂಬಲಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಗುರು ಸಿದ್ಧಲಿಂಗ ಶ್ರೀಗಳು ಲಿಂಗೈಕ್ಯರಾದಾಗ ಗುದ್ನೇಶ್ವರ ವಯಸ್ಸು 17. ನಾಯಕನೂರು ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಭಕ್ತರ ಒಲುಮೆ ನಲುಮೆ ಇಷ್ಠಾರ್ಥ ಪೂರೈಸಲು ಅಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಬಂದ ಅವರು ದೇವಿ ಆರಾಧನೆ, ಬಸವ ಪುರಾಣ, ದಾಸೋಹ ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದರು.
ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ನೀಲಗುಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋದ ಅವರು ಅಲ್ಲಿಯ ಪ್ರಸನ್ನ ಪರಿಸರವನ್ನು ಅಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡರು. ಪಕ್ಕದ ಮುಳಗುಂದ ಪಟ್ಟಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಲಲೀಲಾ ಮಹಾಂತ ಶಿವಯೋಗಿಗಳ ಮಠದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಂಡಿನ ತೇರು ಏಳೆಯುವುದನ್ನು ಕಂಡು 1953ರಲ್ಲಿ ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಲಗುಂದದಲ್ಲಿ ತೇರು ತಯಾರಿಸಿ ಎರಡು ಹಳ್ಳ ಹೊಂದಿದ 7ಕಿಮೀ ಹೊಲ ದಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ತೇರು ಏಳೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಿ ಮುಳಗುಂದ ಮಠಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಟ್ಟಿಸಿದರು.
ಮುಳುಗುಂದ ಬಾಲಲೀಲಾ ಮಹಾಂತ ಶಿವಯೋಗಿಗಳ ಮಠಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕೊಪ್ಪಳಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಅನ್ನದಾನಮ್ಮ ಅವರನ್ನು ಮದುವೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಶರಣ ಧರ್ಮ ಪಾಲಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಗುದ್ನೇಶ್ವರರಿಗೆ ಗುರುವಿನ ಆಜ್ಞೆಯಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಮದುವೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಒಲ್ಲೆ ಎಂದು ಗುದ್ನೇಶ್ವರರು 15 ದಿನ ಉಪವಾಸ ಕುಳಿತರು. ಕೊನೆಗೆ ಗುರುವಿನ ಅಣತಿಗೆ ಮಣಿದು ಅನ್ನದಾನಮ್ಮ ಅವರನ್ನು ಮದುವೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡರು.
ಭಕ್ತರ ಸಂಕಟ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಮಾಡುವ ದಿವ್ಯ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಹೊಂದಿದ ಗುದ್ನೇಶ್ವರರು ಅಣ್ಣಿಗೇರಿ ಮಠದ ಕಾಯಕಲ್ಪಕ್ಕೆ ಮರಳಿದರು. ಗುದ್ನೇಶ್ವರ ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಕಾಣಲು ಹಂಬಲಿಸುವ ಎಲ್ಲ ಭಕ್ತರಿಗೆ ಇದರಿಂದ ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಯಿತು. ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿ 1966–67ರ ಸುಮಾರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕವಾಗಿ ಗುದ್ನೇಶ್ವರ ಮಠ ಸ್ಪಾಪಿಸಿದರು. ಮಠದ ಎದುರಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದಲೂ ನೀರು ಬಂದು ಸೇರಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲದ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆರೆ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿದರು. ಆ ಕೆರೆ ತುಂಬಿ ಒಡೆದಾಗ ಈ ದೇಹದಿಂದ ನಾನು ಒಡಿತೇನಿ ಎಂದಿದ್ದ ಅವರು 1974ರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆರೆ ಒಡೆದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಆಗಸ್ಟ ತಿಂಗಳ ಶುಕ್ರವಾರ ಲಿಂಗೈಕ್ಯರಾದರು. ಅವರ ಗುರು ಸಿದ್ಧಲಿಂಗ ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿಯ ಅಭಿಲಾಷೆಯಂತೆ ಅವರ ಸಮಾಧಿಯ ಪಕ್ಕದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಗುದ್ನೇಶ್ವರ ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿಯ ಸಮಾಧಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು.
ಗುದ್ನೇಶ್ವರ ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿ ಭಕ್ತರ ಭೂತ, ವರ್ತಮಾನ, ಭವಿಷ್ಯತಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬ0ಧಿಸಿದ ಮೂರು ಜನ್ಮದ ವೃತ್ತಾಂತವನ್ನು ಕನ್ನಡಿಯಂತೆ ತೆರೆದಿಡುವ ತ್ರಿಕಾಲ ಜ್ಞಾನಿಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಜನ್ಮ ಜನ್ಮಾಂತರದ ಪುಣ್ಯದ ಶೇಷದಿಂದ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಆ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಲಭಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಅವರು ಅನಾಥರ ತಂದೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಕರುಣಾವಿಹಾರಿಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಶಕ್ತಿ ಉಪಾಸಕರಾಗಿದ್ದ ಅವರ ಸಂದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಅವರ ಒಗಟಿನ ಮಾತುಗಳಲ್ಲೇ ಅರ್ಥೆಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಅವರ ದಿವ್ಯ ಶಕ್ತಿಗೆ ಭಕ್ತ ಸಮೂಹ ತಲೆ ಬಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಗುದ್ನೇಶ್ವರ ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿ ಈಗಲೂ, ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ತಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ ಎನ್ನುವ ಭಾವನೆ ಹೊಂದಿದ ಭಕ್ತರು ಅವರು ತೋರಿದ ದಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುನ್ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ENL Annigeri: The 49th commemoration and rathotsava of Lin.Gudneshwara Shri of Nilgunda, Annigeri will be held on Wednesday, September 13. Annigeri Neelgunda Gudneshwar Sri, who believed that there are so many creatures born in this nature, but only a few of them are still with us today and guiding us in the right path.
As it is said that if the dust of the feet of sadhu saints gets infected by the touch of Mahatma, the sins of the past births will be removed. Karuna Vihari Punya Purusha Lm. Gudneshwar Sri Annigeri, Neelgunda, Mulagunda, Gadag, Nayaknoor, Itagi, Bannikoppa, Kukanur are holy lands today.
It is said that Mr. Gudneshwar Sri was born in 1908 to Veeriah and Gudnemma in Gudneshwar Math near Kukanur in Yalaburga taluk of Koppal district. The moment Gudneshwar Swamiji was delivered to Bhutai’s lap, Gudnemma left this world due to labor pains, while father Veeriah succumbed to plague in the same year and fell at the feet of Lord Shiva.
Tabbali Gudneshwar Sri became an orphan due to the death of his father. Although raised under the patronage of relations, it was not full of sugarcane. Gudneshwar Sri who completed five years fell into the loom of a wheelbarrow and came to Gadagi by way of Itagi Bunnikoppa on his back.
Siddhalinga Shri, who was the charamurthy of the Annigeri Tontadarya branch matha, went to Gadagi for worship at the house of the devotees, and his clairvoyance went to this boy. Siddhalinga Swamiji, who brought Gudneshwar to Annigeri, engaged him in Kanti Bhiksha Kajjaya Kayaka. He gave them the rites of worship, meditation and Japatapa one by one.
Around the age of 12, Gudneshwar started showing his miracles. Became blessed by Guru. When he was 15 years old, the Guru showed him the place where his grave should be built and desired that Gudneshwar’s grave should be built next to it. Gudneshwar was 17 years old when Guru Siddhalinga Sri became a Lingaikya. He came there to fulfill the Olume Nalume Ishtartha of the devotees of Nayaknoor village, he came there with Devi Aradhana, Basava Purana, Dasoha.
From there he went to Nilgunda and embraced the pleasant environment there. In the neighboring town of Mulagunda, he saw a bendy taro being raised in Balalila Mahantha Shivayogi’s Math. In 1953, at the cost of lakhs of rupees, he made a taro in Nilgunda and took it to the Mulagunda Math along a 7 km field road with two ditches.
Gudneshwar was instructed by the Guru to marry Annadanamma of Koppal district who was coming to the Math of Shiv Yogis in Balalila Mahanta and follow the religion of surrender. Gudneshwar fasted for 15 days to get married. At last he gave in to Guru’s advice and married Annadanamma.
Gudneshwar who has the divine power to relieve the suffering of the devotees returned to the Kayakalpa of Annigeri Math. This benefited all the devotees who yearned to see Gudneshwar Swamiji. Swamiji founded Gudneshwara Math separately around 1966-67. They built a lake in front of the Math at a place where water cannot come from any side. When the lake was full and burst, he said, I ran away from this body in 1974, when the lake burst, he became gay on Friday in the month of August. Gudneshwara Swamiji was cremated next to his samadhi as per the wish of his Guru Siddhalinga Swamiji.
Gudneshwar Swamiji was a Trikala Jnani who unfolded like a mirror the history of the three births related to the past, present and future of the devotees. He got that power from the residue of virtue from birth to birth. He was the father of orphans. They were merciful. Being a worshiper of Shakti, his messages had to be understood in his riddles. Devotees bowed their heads to his divine power. Devotees who feel that Gudneshwar Swamiji is always with them, are moving forward on the path shown by him.
