ಇಎನ್‌ಎಲ್ ಅಣ್ಣಿಗೇರಿ: ಬುದ್ದ, ಬಸವ, ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ ಪ್ರತಿಪಾಧಿಸಿರುವ ಸಮಾನತೆ ತತ್ವ ಸಿದ್ದಾಂತದ ಸತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಗಟ್ಟಿಗೊಳಿಸುವ ದ್ವನಿ ನಮ್ಮದಾಗಬೇಕೆಂದು ಚಿತ್ರನಟ ಚೇತನ ಅಹಿಂಸಾ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಅಣ್ಣಿಗೇರಿ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ವಿವಿಧ ದಲಿತ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳ ಆಶ್ರಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದ ಡಾ.ಬಿ.ಆರ್.ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ ಹಾಗೂ ಡಾ.ಬಾಬು ಜಗಜೀವನರಾಮ ಜಯಂತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಜ್ಯೋತಿ ಬೆಳಗಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.
ನಂತರ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಸಮಾನತೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಮಾತ್ರ ದ್ವನಿ ಎತ್ತಬೇಕಿದೆ. ಸರ್ವ ಜನಾಂಗಕ್ಕೆ ನ್ಯಾಯಸಮ್ಮತ ಬೇಡಿಕೆ, ಮಿಸಲಾತಿ ಕಾನೂನು ಚೌಕಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಶೋಧಿಸಿ ಸತ್ಯಪ್ರತಿಪಾಧಿಸಿ ಡಾ. ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ರಚಿಸಿದರೆಂದರು.
ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ರಾಜರ ರಾಜ್ಯಆಳ್ವಿಕೆಯ ಪ್ರಾಂತಗಳಿದ್ದವು. ಹತ್ತು ಸಾವಿರ ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಅಸಮಾನತೆ ಪರಂಪರೆ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಎರಡುವರೆ ಸಾವಿರ ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಇತಿಹಾಸ ಅವಲೋಕಿಸಿದರೇ, ರಾಜರು ತಮ್ಮ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಸುಖಭೋಗವಿಲಾಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಲಹರಣ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.ಪೇದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹೋರಾಟ ಕಣಕ್ಕೆ ಕಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕೇವಲ ತಮ್ಮ ರಾಜ್ಯಸೀಮೆಯ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯಭಾರ ಮಾಡಿದರೇ ವಿನಹ: ಬೆರಳಣಿಕೆÂಯಷ್ಟು ರಾಜರು.ಸಮಾನತೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಸಮರ ಸಾರಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಛತ್ರಪತಿ ಶಿವಾಜಿ ಮಹಾರಾಜರು, ಸಾಮ್ರಾಟ ಆಶೋಕ, ಅಕ್ಬರ,ಕೃಷ್ಣರಾಜ ಒಡೆಯರು, ಕೆಲವೊಂದಿಷ್ಟು ಮಹಾರಾಜರು ನೆಲ,ಜಲ,ಭಾಷೆ,ನಾಡು ದೇಶ, ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ನ್ಯಾಯಸಮ್ಮತ ಉದ್ದಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಶ್ರಮಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಡಾ ಬಿ.ಆರ್. ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ ಅಸ್ಪಶ್ಯತೆ ಅಸಮಾನತೆ ತೊಡೆದು ಹಾಕಲು ಶ್ರಮಿಸಿದರು.ದೇಶದ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾತಿ,ಮತ.ಪಂಥ ತಾರತಮ್ಯ ನೀತಿ ಖಂಡಿಸಿ, ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ಮೂಲಕ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ವರ್ಗದ ಜನಾಂಗಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಒದಗಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆಂದರು. ನಾವೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅಸಮಾನತೆ ಅನ್ಯಾಯ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದರು. ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳಿಂದ ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವ ಆಳ್ವಿಕೆ ಕಾನೂನಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತಂದರು.
ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಒದಗಿಸಲು ಮಿಸಲಾತಿ ಇದೆ. ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ, ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ,ರಾಜಕೀಯ, ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆ ಬಹುಜನ ಸಮಾದಾಯದ ಶಾವು ಮಹಾರಾಜರು,ಜ್ಯೋತಿಬಾ ಪುಲೆ, ಪೆರಿಯಾರ್. ಸಮಾನತೆ ತತ್ವ ಸಿದ್ದಾಂತಕ್ಕೆ ಶ್ರಮಿಸಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣಜ್ಞಾನ ಕಲ್ಪಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ಡಾ.ಬಿ.ಆರ್.ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ ಪ್ರತಿಪಾಧಿಸಿದರು. ರಾಜ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳು ಮಿಸಲಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ.
ಗಾಂಧೀಜಿ, ಜವಾಹರಲಾಲ ನೆಹರು ಕೂಡಾ ಮಿಸಲಾತಿ ವಿರೋಧಿಗಳು ಆಗಿದ್ದರು.ಅಸಮಾನತೆಯನ್ನು ತೊಡೆದು ಹಾಕುವಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳು ವಿಫಲವಾದವು.ಡಾ.ಬಿ.ಆರ್.ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ ರಚಿಸಿದ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವದ ಸತ್ಯದಬೇರನ್ನು ಗಟ್ಟಿಗೊಳಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಕಲ್ಪಸಿ, ಸರ್ವ ಜನಾಂಗದ ಸಮಾನತೆಗೆ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಕಾನೂನು ಚೌಕಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಒದಗಿಸಲು ಮಿಸಲಾತಿ ಸದ್ಭಳಿಕೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಿದರು.
ಸಾನಿಧ್ಯವಹಿಸಿದ್ದ ದಾಸೋಹಮಠದ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ ಶ್ರೀಗಳು ಆರ್ಶೀವಚನ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಡಾ.ಬಿ.ಆರ್.ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ ಹಾಗೂ ಡಾ.ಬಾಬು ಜಗಜೀವನರಾಮ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಪುರ್ಷ್ಪಾಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಡಾ ಬಿ.ಆರ್.ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ ಹಾಗೂ ಡಾ.ಬಾಬು ಜಗಜೀವನರಾಮ ಬದುಕಿನ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ದಲಿತ ಮುಖಂಡರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.
ಇದಕ್ಕೂ ಮುನ್ನ ಡಾ.ಬಿ.ಆರ್. ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ ಮೂರ್ತಿ ಭವ್ಯ ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಬೀದಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬೈಕ್ ರ‍್ಯಾಲಿ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ನ್ಯಾಯವಾದಿ ಡಾ ಹರಿರಾಮ.ಎ. ಪುರಸಭೆ ಸದಸ್ಯ ಎ.ಪಿ.ಗುರಿಕಾರ,ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಣ ಬಕ್ಕಾಯಿ,ಮಾರುತಿ ಅಬ್ಬಿಗೇರಿ, ಚೆನ್ನಪ್ಪ ಮಣ್ಣಪ್ಪನವರ,ಮುದಕಣ್ಣ ಕೊರವರ, ಯೋಗಿಶ ಚಲವಾದಿ, ಮಂಜುನಾಥ ಹೊನ್ನಣ್ಣವರ,ಶಾಂತರಾಜ.ಬಿ.ಟಿ. ಕುಮಾರ ಸೈದಾಪೂರ, ಬಸವರಾಜ ಹರಣಶಿಕಾರಿ, ಕನಕಪ್ಪ ಅಬ್ಬಿಗೇರಿ, ಮಾರುತಿ ಕಾಳೆ, ಮೋಹನ ಗುಡಿಸಲಮನಿ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.

Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaja, Emperor Ashoka, Akbar, Krishna Raja, some other Maharajas have worked hard for land, water, language, land and social justice of the citizens. Dr. B.R. Ambedkar worked hard to eliminate the ambiguity of inequality. He condemned the policy of caste, creed and creed discrimination in the social system of the country and provided social justice to the backward classes through the constitution. We should all protest against inequality and injustice. Democratic rule by the citizens for the citizens was legally enshrined in the Constitution.
There is an opportunity to provide social justice in the country. Shau Maharaj, Jyotiba Pule, Periyar of the Bahujan Samadaya in educational, socio-economic, political, field of transformation. He worked hard for the principle of equality and conceptualized education. Dr. BR Ambedkar advocated. The state and central governments did not consider Misalathi.
Gandhiji, Jawaharlal Nehru were also anti-Misalati. Governments failed to eliminate inequality. Under the constitution created by Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, it was possible to strengthen the roots of the truth of democracy, Misalati Sadbhalshi provided an opportunity to provide social justice and legal framework for the equality of all races.
