ಇಎನ್ಎಲ್ ಡೆಸ್ಕ್: ಅಪರಿಚಿತ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಪ್ಯಾಮ್ ಕರೆಗಳ ಕಿರಿಕಿರಿಯಿಂದ ಬಳಕೆದಾರರಿಗೆ ಮುಕ್ತಿ ನೀಡಲು ಫೋನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವ್ ಆಗಿರದ ನಂಬರ್‌ಗಳಿಂದ ಬರುವ ಫೋನ್ ಕರೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವಯಂಚಾಲಿತವಾಗಿ ಸೈಲೆಂಟ್ ಮಾಡುವ ಹೊಸ ಫೀಚರನ್ನು ವಾಟ್ಸಾಪ್ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ವಾಟ್ಸಾಪ್ ಸೆಟ್ಟಿಂಗ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸೈಲೆಂಟ್ ಅನ್‌ನೋನ್ ನಂಬರ್ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯನ್ನು ಎನೇಬಲ್ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಸಾಕು. ಗೊತ್ತಿಲ್ಲದ ನಂಬರ್‌ಗಳಿಂದ ಬರುವ ಕರೆಗಳನ್ನು ವಾಟ್ಸಾಪ್ ಸೈಲೆಂಟ್ ಮಾಡಲಿದೆ. ಈ ಹೊಸ ಫೀಚರನ್ನು ಮಂಗಳವಾರ ಘೋಷಿಸಿದ ಮೆಟಾ ಸಿಇಒ ಮಾರ್ಕ್ ಜುಕರ್‌ ಬರ್ಗ್, ಈಗ ವಾಟ್ಸಾಪ್ ಅನ್‌ನೋನ್ ಕಾಲ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಸೈಲೆಂಟ್ ಮಾಡಲಿದೆ. ಆ್ಯಂಡ್ರಾಯ್ಡ್ ಮತ್ತು ಐಫೋನ್ ಬಳಕೆದಾರರು ಈಗ ಈ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯದ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ವಾಟ್ಸಾಪ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಪ್ಯಾಮ್ ಕರೆಗಳ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ದೂರುಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾದ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಫೀಚರನ್ನು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕೃತಕ ಬುದ್ಧಿಮತ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ವಾಟ್ಸಾಪ್ ಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು. ಇದು ಸ್ಪ್ಯಾಮ್ ಕರೆಗಳ ಪ್ರಮಾಣವನ್ನು ಶೇ.50ರಷ್ಟು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಕಂಪನಿ ಹೇಳಿದೆ.
