ಇಎನ್‌ಎಲ್ ಅಣ್ಣಿಗೇರಿ: ನವಲಗುಂದ ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ಪುರಸಭೆ, ಪಟ್ಟಣ ಪಂಚಾಯತ, ಹಾಗೂ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಪ್ರತಿ ಗ್ರಾ.ಪಂ ಕಾರ್ಯಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಆ.27 ರಂದು ಗೃಹಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀ ಯೋಜನೆ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನದ ಯಶಸ್ಸಿನ ರಾಜ್ಯವ್ಯಾಪಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಂಡ ನಿಮಿತ್ಯ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಗೃಹಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀ ನೊಂದಣಿ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಖಾತೆಗೆ 2000 ರೂಗಳು ಹಣ ಜಮಾ ನೀಡಿ, ಪಿಂಕ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ ವಿತರಣೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಶಾಸಕ ಎನ್.ಎಚ್.ಕೋನರಡ್ಡಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಪರೀವಿಕ್ಷಣಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.
ನವಲಗುಂದ ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳ ಚಕ್ಕಡಿ ರಸ್ತೆಗಳು, ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಚರಿಸುವ ಡಾಂಬರು ರಸ್ತೆಗಳು ವಿಕ್ಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಶಾಸಕ ಎನ್.ಎಚ್.ಕೋನರಡ್ಡಿ, ಬಹುತೇಕ ಚಕ್ಕಡಿ ರಸ್ತೆಗಳು ಹದೆಗೆಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಹೊಲಗದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಚರಿಸಲು ತೊಂದರೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಹಿಂದಿನ ನನ್ನ ಆಡಳಿತದಲ್ಲಿ 500ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚೂ ಚಕ್ಕಡಿ ರಸ್ತೆ ರೈತರ ಸಹಕಾರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅನುದಾನದಿಂದ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಗೊಳಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಸದ್ಯ ಹದೆಗೆಟ್ಟಿವೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅನುದಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಚಕ್ಕಡಿ ರಸ್ತೆ ದುರಸ್ತಿಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಡಾಂಬರ ರಸ್ತೆ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲು ಕ್ರಮಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳತ್ತೇವೆ. ಇನ್ನು ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ500ಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ರಸ್ತೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುವ ಗುರಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು, ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಜನತೆ ಸಂಚರಿಸಲು ತಗ್ಗುದಿನ್ನುಗಳು ಡಾಂಬರ ರಸ್ತೆಗಳಿಂದ ಪರದಾಡುವುದನ್ನು ಕಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಆದಷ್ಟು ಬೇಗನೇ ದುರಸ್ತಿಗೊಳಿಸಿ, ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ರಸ್ತೆಗಳ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ದಿಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ 100 ಕೋಟಿ ಅನುದಾನ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗೆ ಮನವಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯವರು ಅನುದಾನ ಮಂಜೂರಾತಿಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದ್ದು ರಸ್ತೆಗಳ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಕ್ರಮಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವುದಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಶಕ್ತಿಯೋಜನೆಯಿಂದ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಚರಿಸಲು ಬಸ್ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲದ ಕಾರಣ ತೊಂದರೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಆ ಹಿನ್ನಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಂತ ಹಂತವಾಗಿ ನವಲಗುಂದ ಡಿಪೋಕ್ಕೆ ಇನ್ನು 20 ಹೊಸ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಬಸ್‌ಗಳು ಬರುತ್ತವೆ. ಸದ್ಯ ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ವಾರದಲ್ಲಿ 5 ಬಸ್‌ಗಳು ಬರಲಿವೆ. ಬಂದ ನಂತರ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಪಟ್ಟಣಕ್ಕೆ ಶಾಲಾ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಿಗೆ ತೆರಳಲು ತೊಂದರೆಯಾಗದ0ತೆ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲು ಕ್ರಮಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದೆಂದರು. ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಮುಂಗಾರು ಬೆಳೆಗಳು ಮಳೆಯಿಲ್ಲದ ಕಾರಣ ಬಿತ್ತಿದ ಬೆಳೆ ನಾಶವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಬೆಳೆನಷ್ಟ ಪರಿಹಾರ, ಬೆಳೆವಿಮೆ, ಬರುವ ಹಿನ್ನಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುವುದಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಸನಗೌಡ ಪಾಟೀಲ,ಪುರಸಭೆ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷೆ ರಜೀಯಾಬೇಗಂ ರೊಕ್ಕದಕಟ್ಟಿ, ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷೆ ವಿಜಯಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀ ಜಕರಡ್ಡಿ, ಅಣ್ಣಿಗೇರಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಬ್ಲಾಕ ಕಮಿಟಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಮಂಜುನಾಥ ಮಾಯಣ್ಣವರ, ಮಾಜಿ ಪುರಸಭೆ ಸ್ಥಾಯಿ ಸಮಿತಿ ಚೇರಮನ್ ಬಾಬಾಜಾನ ಮುಲ್ಲಾನವರ, ದ್ಯಾಮಣ್ಣ ಕೊಗ್ಗಿ, ಪುರಸಭೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸದಸ್ಯರು, ಮುಖಂಡರು, ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.

He submitted a request for 100 crore government grant for repairing and developing the roads of the constituency as soon as possible.
Due to lack of bus facilities for the students of rural areas due to the Government’s Shakti Yojana, 20 new transport buses will be brought to Navalagunda depot in a phased manner. Currently 5 buses are coming in another week. After arrival, steps will be taken to make arrangements for children from rural areas to go to schools and colleges in town without any difficulty, he said. He said that due to the lack of monsoon rains, the sown crops have already been destroyed, and he said that he would try to provide crop loss compensation, crop insurance, in the background.
