ಇಎನ್ಎಲ್ ಅಣ್ಣಿಗೇರಿ: ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕೈ ಬಿಟ್ಟ ಬರಪೀಡಿತ ಪ್ರದೇಶ ಅಣ್ಣಿಗೇರಿ ತಾಲೂಕ ಘೋಷಿಸಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಖಂಡಿಸಿ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಬಸ್ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣ ಹತ್ತಿರದ ಗದಗ-ನವಲಗುಂದ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ರೈತ ಮುಖಂಡರು ಕುಳಿತು ಪ್ರತಿಭಟಿಸಿ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರ ಶಿವಾನಂದ ಹೆಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ರೈತ ಮುಖಂಡ ಭಗವಂತ ಪುಟ್ಟಣ್ಣವರ ಮನವಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು.
ಅಣ್ಣಿಗೇರಿ ತಾಲೂಕನ್ನು ಬರಗಾಲ ಪೀಡಿತ ಪ್ರದೇಶವೆಂದು ಘೋಷಿಸದೇ ಇರುವ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ನಿರ್ಧಾರವನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಪ್ರಕಾಶ ಅಂಗಡಿ ಖಂಡಿಸಿದರು. ಈ ಭಾಗದ ಶಾಸಕ ಎನ್.ಎಚ್.ಕೋನರಡ್ಡಿ ಅವರ ನಿರಾಶಕ್ತಿ, ಹಾಗೂ ತಾಲೂಕ ಆಡಳಿತ, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಡಳಿತ ಇಚ್ಛಾಶಕ್ತಿ ಕೊರತೆಯಿಂದ ರೈತ ಪರವೆಂದು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕೇವಲ ಪೊಳ್ಳು ಭರವಸೆ ನೀಡಿ ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಇರುವುದೋ ಅಥವಾ ರೈತಪರ ಜನಪರ ಆಡಳಿತ ನೀಡುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಇರುವುದೋ? ಎಂಬುದು ತಿಳಿಯದಂತಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದೇ ರೀತಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹಾಗೂ ಶಾಸಕರು ಅಣ್ಣಿಗೇರಿ ತಾಲೂಕ ಬರಗಾಲ ಪೀಡಿತ ಪ್ರದೇಶವೆಂದು ಒಂದು ವಾರದೊಳಗೆ ಘೋಷಿಸದಿದ್ದರೇ, ಅಣ್ಣಿಗೇರಿ ಪಟ್ಟಣದಿಂದ ಧಾರವಾಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಕಛೇರಿಯವರಿಗೆ ಪಕ್ಷಾತೀತವಾಗಿ ರೈತಮುಖಂಡರು ಬ್ರಹತ್ ಪಾದಯಾತ್ರೆ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದೆಂದು ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟರು.
ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ರೈತಪರವೆಂದು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೂ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಅನ್ಯಾಯವಾಗುತ್ತಿರೋದನ್ನು ಗಮನಹರಿಸದೇ ಇರೋದು ವಿಷಾಧನೀಯ. ರೈತಪರ ರೈತ ಹೋರಾಟಗಾರರಾದ ಶಾಸಕರು ಅಣ್ಣಿಗೇರಿ ತಾಲೂಕ ಬರ ಪೀಡಿತ ಪ್ರದೇಶವೆಂದು ಘೋಷಿಸಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ರೈತ ಮುಖಂಡ ಯಲ್ಲಪ್ಪ ಮೊರಬಸಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ರೈತ ಪರವೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರೇ ಸಾಲದು ರೈತರ ವಿವಿಧ ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಸೂಕ್ತಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಶಾಸಕರು ಇಚ್ಛಾಶಕ್ತಿ ತೋರಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮಾನದಂಡಗಳನ್ನು ಪರೀಶಿಲಿಸಿ ಇನ್ನುಳಿದ ತಾಲೂಕ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಣ್ಣಿಗೇರಿ ತಾಲೂಕ ಬರಗಾಲ ಪೀಡಿತ ಪ್ರದೇಶವೆಂದು ಘೋಷಿಸಲು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯವರೊ೦ದಿಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿ ಸೂಕ್ತ ನಿರ್ಣಯ ಕೈಗೊಂಡು ರೈತರ ಒತ್ತಾಶೆಗೆ ಮಾನ್ಯತೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ರೈತ ಮೋರ್ಚಾ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಷಣ್ಮುಖ ಗುರಿಕಾರ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದರು.
ರೈತರು ಹಸಿರು ವಸ್ತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಗೌರವ ಸಿಗಬೇಕಾದರೇ ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಅಣ್ಣಿಗೇರಿ ತಾಲೂಕ ಬರಗಾಲ ಪ್ರದೇಶವೆಂದು ಘೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಒತ್ತಾಯ ತರಬೇಕೆಂದು ಶಾಸಕರಿಗೆ ಕಿವಿ ಮಾತು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಮಾಡದೇ ಇದ್ದರೇ ರೈತಸಮುದಾಯ ಹೋರಾಟದ ಮಾರ್ಗ ಕಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ೦ದು ರೈತ ಮುಖಂಡ ಹನಮಂತಪ್ಪ ಕಂಬಳಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಪುರಸಭೆ ಸದಸ್ಯ ಎ.ಪಿ.ಗುರಿಕಾರ, ಅಣ್ಣಿಗೇರಿ ತಾಲೂಕ ರೈತ ಹೋರಾಟ ಸಮಿತಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಜಯರಾಜ ಹೂಗಾರ, ರೈತ ಮುಖಂಡರಾದ ನಿಂಗಪ್ಪ ಬಡೆಪ್ಪನವರ, ಶಿವಶಂಕರ ಕಲ್ಲೂರ, ಭರತೇಶ ಜೈನ, ಗುರುಸಿದ್ದಪ್ಪ ಕೊಪ್ಪದ, ಮಲ್ಲಪ್ಪ ಬ್ಯಾಹಟ್ಟಿ, ಶೇಖಪ್ಪ ಸೊಟಕನಾಳ, ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಧೋರಣೆ ಖಂಡಿಸಿ ಆಕ್ರೋಶವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಿಎಸ್ಆಯ್ ಸಿದ್ಧಾರೂಢ ಆಲದಕಟ್ಟಿ, ಅಣ್ಣಿಗೇರಿ ತಾಲೂಕ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಘಟಕ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಶಿವಾನಂದ ಹೊಸಳ್ಳಿ, ಪಟ್ಟಣ ಹಾಗೂ ಸುತ್ತಮುತ್ತಲಿನ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ರೈತಮುಖಂಡರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.
ENL Annigeri: Farmer leaders protested on the Gadag-Navalagunda road near the town’s bus stand and submitted a petition to Tehsildar Shivananda Hebballi, farmer Bhagwant Puttanna, protesting that the government has not declared Annigeri taluk as a drought-prone area.
State JDS general secretary Prakash Angadi condemned the state government’s decision not to declare Annigeri taluk as a drought-prone area. Due to the weakness of the MLA NH Konaraddy, and the lack of willpower of the taluk administration and the district administration, the government is saying that it is pro-farmer only by giving empty promises. It is unknown. Similarly, if the government and MLAs did not declare Annigeri taluk as a drought-affected area within a week, farmers warned the government that a non-partisan protest march would be organized from Annigeri town to Dharwad District Collector’s office.
It is unfortunate that the state government claims to be pro-farmer but does not pay attention to the injustice being done to the farmers. Farmer leader Yallappa Morabasi said that the MLAs who are pro-farmer farmers should urge the government to declare Annigeri taluk as a drought-prone area.
It is not enough to say that the state government is pro-farmer, it should take appropriate measures to solve the various demand problems of the farmers. State BJP Raitha Morcha Vice President Shanmukh Gurikara demanded that the MLAs should show their will and review the government’s standards and discuss with the Chief Minister to declare Annigeri taluk as a drought-affected area in the list of other taluks and take an appropriate decision to recognize the farmers’ demand.
Kiwi told the MLAs that if the farmers should get respect for their green clothes, they should immediately pressurize the government to declare Annigeri taluk as a drought area. Farmer leader Hanamantappa Kambali said that if it is not done, the farming community will have to find a way to fight.
Municipal council member A.P.Gurikara, Annigeri taluk farmer struggle committee president Jayaraja Hugara, farmer leaders like Ningappa Badeppanavara, Shivshankar Kallur, Bharatesh Jaina, Gurusiddappa Koppada, Mallappa Byahatti, Shekhappa Sotakanala spoke and expressed their outrage at the attitude of the government.
On this occasion, PSI Siddharudh Aladakatti, Annigeri taluk BJP unit president Shivananda Hosalli, village headmen of the town and surrounding villages were present.
